5 Push Ups
It didn’t occur to me until the second or third day.
“5 pushups” I would say
“5 pushups”.
The deal was any time someone wasn’t paying attention and missed a play, a basic play, missed a ball they should have caught, made an easy throw bad, or other general awarness types of things, they agreed (meaning I told them and they did it) to do 5 push ups.
It became self-policed after 1 session, actually during the first session, there was self-policing (self-controling)(self-directing).
After the second session, each session about 15 minutes straight of ground balls, throws, plays, noise, failure, and more chaos because there were players who hadn’t learnt, and it took them the entire second session to get back to where they finished after the first session.
After the third session, it’s become a tool of awareness.
