After Little League, What’s Next For My Player
Little League is a great experience and introduction to the world of baseball, but what happens when your player ages out and doesn’t have Little League?
There are some exciting options this year and we want to make them available. Please let us know if you have interest in either of the following:
1-Babe Ruth – Lamoille County has fielded one Babe Ruth team for the entire County the past few years and this year we’re looking for players that are interested in playing Babe Ruth. There is an additional cost and games are played more during the Summer season and generally against teams from other counties. If we have enough players we may be able to field more than one team. Please reach out to us at bdamon6@gmail.com if you have questions about Babe Ruth.
2-Legion Ball – The Jays, our local Legion 16u team is testing the waters to see if there is enough interest in doing a competitive 14u travel baseball team. This would be most likely a higher cost than Babe Ruth but would also be run by the Jay’s organization and involve many more games and a more competitive schedule including out of state travel. This is a great option for those that want to continue to push their playing ability to the next level. Reach out if you’re interested and we can give you more information.
